For paneer amritsari tikka
 

  1. To make paneer amritsari tikka recipe, sprinkle salt and pepper over the paneer cubes and rub it gently. Keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, dip the paneer cubes in the marinade to coat well and shallow-fry a few pieces at a time.
  3. Shallow fry them on a medium flame, till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to fry the remaining paneer cubes.
  5. Sprinkle chaat masala evenly over them and serve paneer amritsari tikka recipe immediately.
