I love trying as many different ethnic foods as are available to me. My circle of friends include Indian, Hindu, Hispanic, South African, etc........ I have often said I am not sure if my birth place is where my heart was born. I believe race and economics do not determine character and value of the human race. I have an interest in every other ethnicity but my own. Ha! Being middled aged does not effect my love for living life and embracing new experiences because I do not allow myself to fear change. I am a loyal, committed wife, friend and Christian woman. I love family, reading, meeting people, photograph unusual building structures, and last but not least, cooking. I am not the greatest at this fine art, but I enjoy experimenting with dishes that make my mouth water. That is why I have joined this site. Bye, for now, I plan to see ya'll around in the kitchen.........
