A truly exotic combination of greens! avocado, though high in fat, contains good fatty acids (mono unsaturated fatty acids) that help to lower blood cholesterol.
- Put all the salad ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate to chill.
- Just before serving, add the dressing and toss well.
- Serve immediately.
