Ingredients

For Coffee Frappe
1 tsp coffee powder mixed with 1/4 cup water
1 cup chilled full- fat milk
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
5 to 6 ice-cubes

For Garnish
1/2 cup beaten whipped cream
1 tbsp chocolate sauce

  1. To make coffee frappe, combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend well till smooth and frothy.
  2. Garnish the glass with chocolate sauce and pour 2 equal quantities into two glasses.
  3. Top it up with whipped cream.

Coffee Frape.. one of my favourite drink.. excatly the same as you get in restaurants.. super chilled, frothy.. and simply yumm. I added a large scoop of chocolate ice-cream.. Which made the taste more delicious..
