For The Sauce
- 1 recipe sun-dried tomatoes pesto
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 1 cup milk
- salt to taste
Method
- Put the sun-dried tomato pesto, fresh cream, milk and salt in a large saucepan and allow it to simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove from the fire and keep hot.
- Just before serving, heat the sauce and toss the pasta in it.
- Garnish with cheese and serve hot.
