Ingredients
For Chilli Oil Curd Dip
1 cup hung curds (chakka dahi)
salt to taste
For The Chilli Oil Dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp sesame seeds (til)
1 tbsp finely chopped spring onions
Method
For chilli oil curd dip
- To make chilli oil curd dip, combine hung curd and salt to taste in a bowl. Whisk well and keep aside.
- For the dressing, in another small bowl, add garlic, chilli flakes, coriander, chilli powder, salt, sesame seeds and spring onions.
- Heat olive in a small pan, pour the hot oil over the dressing mixture. Once it sizzles, mix well.
- Put the hung curd in the serving plate and make swirls design.
- Pour the chilli oil dressing over the hung curd.
- Serve the chilli oil curd dip with crackers, chips, toast or bread of your choice.
