Ingredients
For Chilli Oil Curd Dip
1 cup hung curds (chakka dahi)
salt to taste
For The Chilli Oil Dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp sesame seeds (til)
1 tbsp finely chopped spring onions

To make chilli oil curd dip, in a deep bowl add 1 cup hung curds (chakka dahi)

Add salt to taste.

Whisk well and keep aside.

For the dressing, in another small bowl, add 2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun).

Add ½ tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika).

Add 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania).

Add 1 tsp chilli powder.

Add salt to taste.

Add 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds (til).

Add 1 tbsp finely chopped spring onions.

Heat 2 tbsp olive in a small pan.

Pour the hot oil over the dressing mixture.

Once it sizzles, mix well.

Put the hung curd in the serving plate.

Make swirls design.

Pour the chili oil dressing over the hung curd.

Serve the chilli oil curd dip with crackers, chips, toast or bread of your choice.
