Ingredients
For The Rajma Filling
- 1/2 cup soaked , boiled and coarsely mashed rajma (kidney beans)
- 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
Other Ingredients
- 6 baby potatoes , blanched , halved and scooped
- 6 tbsp grated processed cheese for the topping
For The Garnish
- a few sprigs of coriander (dhania)
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Divide the filling into 12 equal portions and keep aside.
- Fill each potato half with a portion of the rajma filling, top with ½ tbsp of cheese and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander sprigs.
