Can''t get bournvita any longer in uk, unless you pay a lot of money on ebay or amazon. I now have found chocolate horlicks which tastes very similar. I make it with hot milk via the microwave. Sweet enough without adding sugar.

A very basic recipe.. where the proportion of the sugar and bournvita is very important.. This is just perfect in taste.. it taste good when chilled also..
