Ingredients

2 cups chilled pineapple cubes
1 cup chilled capsicum cubes
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
salt to taste

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a mixer along with 1 cup of chilled water and blend till smooth.
Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl, add the chilli powder, black salt, cumin seeds powder and salt and mix well.
Pour equal quantities of the drink into 8 individual glasses and serve chilled.
