Pasta and Paneer Bake in A Cream Sauce

Here is a fabulous casserole bake, flavoured with olives and coated with creamy sauce and cheese. Cottage cheese adds a crumbly texture to the dish.
- Combine the farfalle pasta, paneer, tomatoes, olives, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
- Spread the mixture on a baking dish and spread it evenly with the back of a spoon.
- Pour the cream sauce evenly over it.
- Sprinkle cheese and dry red chilli flakes evenly on top and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 10 to 15 minutes or microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
