Simple but beneficial, the Homemade Strained Carrot Juice is ideal for those who are recovering after a surgery and advised to take a clear liquid diet .

It is always best to have fresh homemade juices rather than store-bought ones, and when on a clear liquid diet, it is very important to strain the juices to remove fibre.

Apart from those recuperating from surgeries, this carrot juice is also helpful for those recovering from jaundice as the vitamin A in carrot helps to build immunity.

Sipping on some of this juice after a bout of vomiting helps to regain the electrolyte balance and soothe the irate throat too. A few minutes is all that it takes to make this beneficial glassful, so what are you waiting for!

One of my favourite early morning beverage during winters. One must try.. its really rejuvenating. Sweet in taste and hence 1 whole glass is easy to finish in minutes.
