Pineapple purée imparts sweetness and a fruity flavour to this sheera. Nutritious and highly recommended for kids, serve warm sheera when your child comes home hungry or chill it to serve as a dessert, whichever way your child relishes it the most.
Method- Heat the ghee in a broad non-stick pan, add the oats and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes or till they turn light brown in colour while stirring continuously.

- Add the pineapple purée and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

- Add the sugar, milk and ½ cup of water, mix well and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes or till the liquid evaporates, while stirring continuously.

- Serve hot garnished with almond slivers.
