2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/2 cup finely chopped spring onions whites and greens
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1/2 cup broccoli floret
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (khumbh)
1/4 cup sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
2 packets maggi noodles
2 packets maggi tastemaker
salt and to taste
Method
for Maggi vegetable soup
- To make Maggi vegetable soup, heat the olive oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and spring onions whites and greens and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the capsicum, carrot, broccoli, mushrooms and corn and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add 4 cups of hot water and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Add the maggi noodles, maggi tastemaker, and pepper powder and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve Maggi vegetable soup immediately.
