For lehsuni palak paneer
 

  1. To make lehsuni palak paneer, heat 1 tbsp oil in broad pan, shallow fry the paneer cubes on medium flame until golden brown from all sides.
  2. Immerse the paneer in a bowl of warm water and keep aside.
  3. Heat ghee in a deep pan, add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and cumin seeds, sauté for few seconds.
  4. Add chilli paste, garlic and onions, cook on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes until light golden brown.
  5. Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander cumin seeds powder and little water. Mix well.
  6. Add tomatoes and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  7. Add the spinach puree, shallow fried paneer cubes, salt and 1/4 cup water.
  8. Mix well and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  9. Add fresh cream and kasuri methi, cook for another 2 minutes.
  10. For the tempering, heat ghee in small pan, add garlic, sauté for few seconds.
  11. Switch off the flame and add kashmiri red chilli and kashmiri chilli powder.
  12. Pour the tempering over the sabzi.
  13. Serve lehsuni palak paneer hot.
