  1. Put the tomatoes in boiling water for a few minutes.
  2. Remove the skins.
  3. Chop and blend in a liquidiser.
  4. Strain the mixture.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  6. Chill thoroughly.
  7. Serve in cold cups with accompaniments in separate cups.
