Method
- Clean and wash the rice. Soak the rice for approx. 15 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
- In a large pan, boil 3 cups of water with clove, cinnamon, bay leaf, cardamom and then add the rice.
- Cover and simmer till the rice is nearly cooked. Drain and keep aside. Use as required.

This is definitely yes for those suffering from High BP...since salt is restricted..and so the spices are used to bring in that lovely aroma and flavour.
