Ingredients
For Jhal Muri
4 cups puffed rice (kurmura)
1 cup navratna chivda
3 cups boiled safed vatana (dried white peas)
2 tbsp boiled kala chana (brown chick peas)
3/4 cup boiled potato cubes
1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
3 tbsp fried peanuts
2 tbsp fresh chopped coconut
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
3 cups finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tbsp jhal muri masala
black salt (sanchal) to taste
2 tbsp lemon juice
For Garnish
Method
For jhal muri
- To make jhal muri, combine all the ingredients in a large vessel and toss gently till all the ingredients are mixed well.
- Garnish with nylon sev, fried masala chana dal, coriander and papdi.
- Serve jhal muri immediately.
