Ingredients
For Hare Chane ki Chaat
2 cups hara chana (green chick peas) , soaked and boiled
2 tbsp butter
salt to taste
1 tbsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
4 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
4 tbsp finely chopped onion
4 tbsp finely chopped tomato
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
2 tsp lemon juice
4 tbsp sev
4 tbsp crushed papdi
1/4 tsp black salt (sanchal)
Method
- To make hare chane ki chaat, heat the butter in a non-stick pan, add the hara chana, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the chaat masala, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the green chillies and salt to taste, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Top it with coriander, onion, tomatoes, green chillies, lemon juice, sev , crushed papdis and a pinch of black salt and toss well.
- Serve the hare chane ki chaat immediately.
