Ingredients
4 medium sized carrot , , cut into cubes
2 medium sized oranges , separated into segments
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup water
10 to 12 ice cubes

For Serving
crushed ice
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients with 1 cup of cold water in a mixer and blend till smooth.
  2. Strain the juice using a strainer or a muslin cloth.
  3. Add some crushed ice into 4 individual glasses and pour the juice over it.
  4. Serve immediately.

          Carrots, oranges and amlas combine to make a lovely juice.
