Recipe Description for Sizzling Brownie

Ingredients

For The Chocolate Sauce
1 cup roughly chopped dark chocolate
1/4 cup milk

Other Ingredients For Sizzling Brownie
2 readymade brownies or frozen frozen brownies
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup water
2 scoops vanilla ice-cream

Method

For the chocolate sauce

Combine the chocolate and milk in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1½ minutes.
Remove from the microwave and mix gently and keep aside.

How to proceed to make sizzling brownie

To make {span class="bold1"}sizzling brownie{/span}, heat the sizzler plate on an open flame till red hot.
In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar and water, mix well till the sugar dissolves.
Drizzle this over the readymade brownie.
Pour 2 tbsp of the prepared chocolate sauce evenly over it, place the brownie in the centre, top it with 2 more tbsp of the prepared chocolate sauce, 1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream and finally 2 more tbsp of the chocolate sauce.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 to make 1 more {span class="bold1"}sizzling brownie{/span}.
Place the plate on the wooden tray and serve immediately.
