Ingredients
Main Ingredients
4 cups thin potato slices (unpeeled)
oil for deep-frying
For The Peri Peri Masala
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tsp garlic (lehsun) powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1/4 tsp of cinnamon (dalchini) powder
1/4 tsp of cardamom (elaichi) powder
1/4 tsp powdered sugar
1/4 tsp dried ginger powder (sonth)
salt to taste
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, deep-fry a few potato slices on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Transfer the deep-fried potato slices in a deep bowl or a plate and sprinkle the peri peri masala evenly over it and toss well.
- Serve immediately.
