Ingredients
Main Ingredients
1 cup finely chopped mango (totapuri)
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
For The Topping
1/2 cup sev
For The Garnish
finely chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
- Combine the mangoes, capsicum, tomatoes, coriander, green chillies. Chaat masala, chilli powder and dried mango powder in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Place 9 papdis on a serving plate and top each papdi with 1 tsp of the prepared mango mixture.
- Sprinkle some sev and coriander on each papdi.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 to make 9 more mango sev puris.
- Serve immediately.
