For biryani maggi
 

  1. To make biryani maggi, heat the oil in a deep pan, add garlic and onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  2. Add the tomatoes, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the capsicum, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the boiled mixed vegetables, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  5. Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, biryani masala and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
  6. Add 2½ cups of hot water, maggi noodles, maggi tastemaker, and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  7. Add the fried onions and mix well.
  8. Serve the biryani maggi immediately.
