Ingredients
For Sprouts and Corn Chatpata Chaat
1 1/2 cups boiled mixed sprouts
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tbsp nylon sev
1/4 cup papdi (chaat)
salt to taste
For The Garnish
5 tbsp sweet chutney
1 tbsp nylon sev
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
For sprouts and corn chatpata chaat
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and toss well.
- Serve the sprouts and corn chaat immediately garnished with sev, coriander and papdis.
