Ingredients
For Papaya Melon Smoothie
1 cup chilled , peeled and roughly chopped papaya
1/2 cup chilled , deseeded and roughly chopped muskmelon (kharbooja)
1/4 cup chilled fresh curd (dahi)
1/4 cup chilled milk
1 tbsp sugar
For The Topping
4 tbsp crushed ice
Method
- To make papaya melon smoothie, combine the papaya, muskmelon, curds-milk mixture, sugar and ice-cubes and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
- Serve the papaya melon smoothie immediately topped with 2 tbsp of crushed ice in each glass.
