A side dish that adds the extra zing to your health! This is a special dish recommended for expecting mothers to fulfill the increased demand for iron.
- Drain the soaked moong dal and cook it till it is just done. Drain and cool.
- Add the chopped fenugreek leaves, green chillies, cucumber, lemon juice, sugar and salt and toss well.
- Sprinkle the grated coconut and coriander on top while serving.
