Ingredients
For Greek Salad
1 1/2 cups romaine lettuce , torn into pieces
1/2 cup chopped feta cheese
1 cup green cucumber cubes
1/2 cup roughly chopped onion
1/4 cup cherry tomato halves
1/4 cup sliced black olives
To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and to taste
Method
- Combine all the ingredients for the salad into a deep bowl.
- Add the dressing and toss well.
- Serve immediately.
