For chocolate snowballs
  1. To make chocolate snowballs, melt the dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl on high for 1 minute and mix well.
  2. Add the marie biscuits, cranberries or raisins, chocolate sponge cake and milk and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into 15 equal portions and roll each portion into a round ball.
  4. Roll the chocolate balls in the dessicated coconut till they are evenly coated from all the sides.
  5. Serve the chocolate snowballs immediately or refrigerate.
Handy tip:
  1. The chocolaty snowballs will stay fresh at room temperature for a day and for 3 days when refrigerated in an air-tight container.
