For biscuit cake in pan
 

  1. To make biscuit cake in a pan, crush the oreo biscuit and blend it into a smooth powder.
  2. Transfer the powder into a big bowl, add powdered sugar, baking powder and milk.
  3. Whisk well to form a lump free batter.
  4. Transfer the batter into a butter paper lined pan.
  5. Cover and let the cake cook on the slow flame for 12-15 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Remove and cool the cake slightly. Demould the cake and remove the butter paper.
  7. Arrange the chocolate chips in the centre of the cake.
  8. Put the whipped cream in a star nozzle fitted piping bag.
  9. Pipe out the design of your choice on the circumference of the cake and place the oreo cookies between each icing.
  10. Cut and serve the biscuit cake in pan.
