1 cup chilled and roughly chopped bananas
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup chilled unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
16 ice-cubes
Method
For banana oats smoothie
- To make banana oats smoothie, add the oats in a mixer and blend to a fine powder.
- Add almond milk, bananas, vanilla essence and ice-cubes and blend till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
- Serve the banana oats smoothie immediately.
