100 gms moong, kala chana, matki
  1. Wash the pulses and soak in water for 5 to 6 hours.
  2. Drain the water and put the soaked pulses in a bowl. Cover with a piece of cloth. Do not tie the pulses in the cloth. Leave for at least 24 hours.
