Method

For schezwan cheese balls
 

  1. To make schezwan cheese balls, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix very well with your hands.
  2. Divide the mixture into 28 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
  3. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, deep-fry a few balls at a time till they turn golden-brown in colour from all the sides and drain on an absorbent paper.
  4. Serve the schezwan cheese balls immediately with tomato ketchup.
