For pan fried momos
 

  1. To make pan fried momos, deep fry the momos until golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan or wok, add garlic, ginger, green chillies, carrot and cabbage, sauté for few seconds.
  3. Add onion cubes and capsicum cubes and cook on high flame for a minute.
  4. Add schezwan chutney, red chili sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup and cornflour slurry.
  5. Cook on medium flame for a minute, while stirring continuously.
  6. Add salt and fried momos, toss it well along with the veggies and sauce for a minute.
  7. Serve the pan fried momos hot garnished with spring onions.
