Method

For spinach puri
 

  1. To make spinach puri, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a stiff dough using approx. 1/4 cup water.
  2. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll out each portion of the dough into a 100 mm. (4 inch) diameter circle suing little oil for rolling.
  3. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and deep-fry, a few puris at a time on a medium flame, till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  4. Serve the spinach puri immediately.
