Method

For manchurian hot dog roll
 

  1. To make manchurian hot dog roll, place the hot dog rollson a clean dry surface, and make a rectangular cut in the center using a sharp knife.

  2. Remove the excess bread and make a depression. Keep aside.

  3. Heat oil in a deep pan or wok, add garlic, ginger, green chillies, carrot and cabbage, sauté for a minute.

  4. Add onion and capsicum, cook on high flame for a minute, while stirring occasionally.

  5. Add schezwan chutney, red chili sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup and cornflour slurry.

  6. Cook on medium flame for a minute, while stirring continuously.

  7. Add salt and manchurian balls, toss it well along with the veggies and sauce for a minute.

  8. Stuff the manchurian stuffing in the hot dog rolls.

  9. Serve the manchurian hot dog roll hot garnished with mayonnaise and spring onions.
