Ingredients
For Eggless Chocolate Waffle
1 1/2 cups plain flour (maida)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk
3 tbsp melted butter
2 tsp butter for greasing

Method
For eggless chocolate waffle
- To make eggless chocolate waffle, in a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients. Whisk well.
- Pre-heat the waffle maker, grease it with little butter.
- Pour approx. 1/3 cup of the batter to spread it evenly in each mould and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until it is crisp from both the sides.
- Remove and allow it to cool. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to make remaining 6 waffles.
- Serve eggless chocolate waffle immediately with toppings of your choice.
