3/4 cup roughly chopped bananas
7 dates (khajur) , deseeded and chopped
2 cups chilled milk
1/8 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
For Garnish
1 tsp chia seeds
Method
For date and banana shake
- To make date banana milkshake, in a mixer, add banana, dates, milk, cinnamon powder and ice cubes.
- Blend well till smooth.
- Pour 2 equal quantities of smoothie in two big glasses.
- Garnish with chia seeds and serve date banana milkshake chilled.
