Ingredients
For Spicy Masala Corn
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
For Peri Peri Masala Corn
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp peri peri masala
1 tsp lemon juice
For Chilli Cheese Corn
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/2 tbsp butter
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/4 cup grated processed cheese
1 tsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
For spicy masala corn
- To make spicy masala corn
- , in a deep bowl, add boiled sweet corns, butter, chilli powder, chaat masala, salt to taste and lemon juice.
- Toss well. Serve immediately.
For peri peri masala corn
- To make peri peri masala corn, in a deep bowl, add boiled sweet corn kernels, butter, peri peri masala and lemon juice.
- Toss well. Serve immediately.
For chilli cheese corn
- To make chilli cheese corn, in a deep bowl , add boiled sweet corn kernels, butter, green chillies, grated cheese, and coriander.
- Toss well. Serve immediately.
