Ingredients
For Chilli Garlic Paneer
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp red chilli garlic paste
1/2 cup finely chopped spring onions whites and greens
1 1/4 cups big paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
salt to taste
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tsp black sesame seeds (kala til)
1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens
Method
For chilli garlic paneer
- To make chilli garlic paneer, heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the red chilli-garlic paste and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
- Add the spring onions whites and greens and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the paneer cubes, salt and chilli flakes, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve the chilli garlic paneer immediately garnished with black sesame seeds and spring onion greens.
