Method

For cauliflower methi roti
 

  1. To make cauliflower methi roti, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water.

  2. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll out each portion into a 75 mm. (3") diameter circle, using a little jowar flour.

  3. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook the roti, using ¼ tsp of oil, till brown spots appear on both the sides.

  4. Repeat with the remaining portions to make 7 more rotis.

  5. Serve the cauliflower methi roti hot with fresh low-fat curd.
