Ingredients
Main Ingredients
2 1/2 cups cooked spaghetti
1 cup blanched and chopped spinach (palak) (palak)
1 cup blanched and sliced mushrooms (khumbh)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
3/4 cup chopped spring onions (whites and greens)
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup milk
4 tbsp grated processed cheese
salt to taste
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the garlic and spring onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the spinach and mushroom, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the cream, milk, cheese and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Add the chilli flakes, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Add the spaghetti, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 more minute.
- Serve immediately.
