Ingredients
For Paneer Mushroom and Capsicum Stir Fry
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms (khumbh)
1 1/2 cups coloured capsicum cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
1/2 cup chopped spring onions whites
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp red chilli sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame seeds (til)
1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
salt and to taste
1/4 cup chopped spring onion greens
Method
For paneer mushroom and capsicum stir fry
- To make paneer mushroom and capsicum stir fry recipe, heat olive oil in a deep non-stick pan, add garlic, ginger green chilli paste, spring onion whites and mushrooms.
- Sauté on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Add coloured capsicum, paneer, soya sauce, chilli sauce, sesame seeds, mixed herbs, salt and pepper powder.
- Mix well and sauté on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve paneer mushroom and capsicum stir fry immediately garnished with spring onion greens.
