Ingredients
For Korean Cream Cheese Bun
5 tbsp cream cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tbsp fresh cream
1 1/2 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
1 tsp dried rosemary
2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens or parsley
Method
For korean cream cheese bun
- To make korean cream cheese bun, in a bowl, whisk the cream cheese and fresh cream and mix well. Fill in a piping bag and keep aside.
- In another bowl add melted butter, garlic paste, rosemary and spring oinons and mix well. Keep aside.
- Take a bun, cut it into 4 halves using a sharp knife.
- Pipe out the cream cheese between each halve.
- Repeat step 3 and 4 to keep all buns ready.
- Place them on a baking tray, brush the butter mixture evenly all over the bun.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 10 minutes.
- Serve the korean cream cheese bun warm.
