Main Ingredients
1/4 cup jowar (white millet) flour
1/4 cup mashed banana
1 tsp ghee
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp chopped jaggery (gur)
Method
- Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan, add the jowar flour to it and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes or till it turns light brown in colour.
- Add the milk, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 30 seconds, while stirring continuously using a whisk so that no lumps remain.
- Add ½ cup of water and jaggery, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring continuously.
- Switch off the flame, add the banana and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
