For corn and jalapeno fondue
 

  1. To make corn and jalapeno fondue, combine the cornflour and 1/4 cup of water in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  3. Add the onions and capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes and sauté on a medium flame for 1 more minute.
  5. Add the corn, milk, cheese and ¾ cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes or till the cheese melts, while stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the prepared cornflour-water mixture and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  7. Add the salt, cream, jalapeno, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  8. Serve the corn and jalapeno fondue immediately with herb bread and brun pav pieces.
