  1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and red chillies and sauté on a high flame for a few seconds.
  2. Add the chinese rice, soya sauce, coriander and salt, mix well and cook on a high flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve hot.
