3 cups curd (dahi)
3/4 cup powdered sugar


For sweet punjabi lassi

  1. To make sweet punjabi lassi, combine the curds and powdered sugar in a deep bowl and whisk well till smooth.
  2. Add ¼ cup of water and whisk well till smooth.
  3. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
  4. Pour equal quantities of the sweet punjabi lassi into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.
