Ingredients
For Spinach Hummus With Cucumber Sticks
1/4 cup blanched and chopped spinach (palak)
2 cups soaked and boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tbsp fresh curd (dahi)
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
For The Topping
1 tsp olive oil
chilli powder for sprinkling
For Serving With Spinach Hummus
Method
- To make spinach hummus, combine all the ingredients along with approx. 5 tbsp of water in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Transfer the spinach hummus into an air-tight container. Top it with olive oil and sprinkle the chilli powder over it.
- Pack the spinach hummus in an air-tight tiffin box, with the cucumber sticks in a separate air-tight box.
