Ingredients
For Schezwan Cheese Dosa
3 cups readymade dosa batter
11/2 cups finely chopped mixed vegetables ( onion , capsicum , carrot , cabbage )
6 tsp melted butter for cooking
9 tbsp schezwan sauce
1 cup diced mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 tsp oil for greasing
Method
For schezwan cheese dosa
- To make schezwan cheese dosa recipe, heat a non-stick tava (griddle), grease it using 1/4 tsp oil, sprinkle a little water and wipe it off gently using a muslin cloth.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter on it and spread it in a circular motion to make a 225 mm. (9 inch) diameter thin circle.
- Smear 1 tsp butter over it and along the edges and cook on medium flame till the dosa turns light brown in colour.
- Put 1/4 cup of vegetable mixture and 11/2 tbsp of schezwan sauce. Mix it well and spread it evenly.
- Garnish with some cheese over it and cook it on a medium flame for 1 minute or till the cheese melts.
- Fold the dosa to form a semi-circle. Repeat steps 1 to 6 to make 5 more dosas.
- Serve schezwan cheese dosa immediately.
