For Rice Roti
2 cups rice flour (chawal ka atta)
2 cups water
salt to taste
Method
For rice roti
- To make rice roti, heat 2 cups of water in a deep pan add salt and bring it to boil.
- Add rice flour and mix well while stirring continuously.
- Cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Remove in a big thali and cool it slightly and knead into a soft dough using wet hands.
- Divide and roll each portion of the dough into 6 inch diameter roti using little rice flour for rolling.
- Heat a nonstick tava and place the rolled roti on the hot tava.
- Cook the roti on both the sides for few seconds on medium flame and then cook on open flame on both the sides.
- Serve the rice roti hot with sabzi of your choice.
